Suite One

Positioned at the western edge of the estate, the Master Suite offers complete privacy and sweeping views of St Jean Bay. The upper level bedroom opens to the horizon, with a freestanding bath beneath a circular skylight and a travertine bathroom leading into a garden of native palms. Below, a private lounge with wet bar and media setup connects to a shaded jungle garden and the spa pool, allowing this space to transform into a fifth bedroom or secluded retreat.

Suite Two

Located on the same level as the living pavilion, Suite Two enjoys panoramic views across St Jean Bay toward the islands of Frégate, Toc Vers, and Chevreau. A shaded limestone stairway leads to a private terrace with tropical outdoor shower. Inside, soft neutral tones and a super-king bed create a calm, understated space that feels both grounded and open to the sea.

Designed for flexibility and accessibility, Suite Three can be arranged as a super-king or twin configuration. Positioned on the living pavilion level, it provides step-free access from bedroom to bathroom and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens to views of the northern horizon, while the bathroom features a roll-in rain shower, double vanity, and Japanese toilet. A private garden with outdoor shower completes the sense of quiet seclusion.

Suite Four

Set above the villa, Suite Four commands an elevated perspective over the Atlantic and the islet of La Tortue. Morning light fills the room, and in certain months whales and regattas can be seen crossing the horizon. The suite includes a workstation facing the sea and a reading nook with built-in library. A serene vantage point for reflection or retreat.
