Suspended between sea and sky.

Villa O₂ embodies the purity of oxygen—elemental, uplifting, serene. Inspired by Italian minimalism and infused with Caribbean warmth, the villa is sculpted in limestone and oak, with glass walls that dissolve into horizon.

Its architecture frames a rare 270° panorama, from sunrise over Toiny to sunset behind St-Jean Bay. At its heart, the living pavilion flows outward to terraces and infinity pools, blurring the line between nature and design.

More than a home, Villa O₂ is a philosophy of light, balance, and ease.

The Pavillion

120 m² of seamless indoor–outdoor living. Limestone underfoot, oak joinery, and glass walls that vanish at a touch. By day, the sea is your backdrop; by night, the pavilion transforms into an intimate salon with cinema-quality sound and a hidden cocktail bar.

The Kitchen

A sculptural Minotticucine kitchen with travertine island and concealed Gaggenau appliances. Perfect for private chefs or convivial evenings, it shifts effortlessly between quiet minimalism and culinary theatre.

Pools & Terraces

Three emerald-tiled pools cascade toward the horizon: a 17 m infinity pool for laps, a hydro-massage jacuzzi, and a shaded spa pool. Limestone terraces, breeze-cooled pergolas, and palm gardens blur the line between architecture and nature.

The Setting

Perched high on Pointe Milou, Villa O₂ commands one of the island’s most dramatic outlooks—270° from sunrise over Toiny to golden sunsets across St-Jean Bay. Privacy feels absolute; the island’s best beaches, dining, and boutiques are minutes away.
